"worst customer service. Appx. in the beginning of March, I called to get a quote on a RV Trailer, was quoted appx $35 but then policy was at $75. Emily never called to advise me, good thing I checked my policy the day after and noticed the rate. In addition, that same day I asked to have a vehicle removed from insurance, next day I noticed the vehicle was still there. 1 month later, they still have not removed that vehicle. I call the office, I cant speak to the office manager because apparently shes never there & they wont transfer me to speak to Emily & they have "no notes" on that request. I had to be "rude" to have them check and then say, oh we texted Emily, this conversation was on March, the 5ft, we can credit you since then. Why do I have to to be a rude customer, so they can react. Had I not checked, they would have kept on charging me and had I not been rude, they would have done nothing."
